**Job Title**: Civil Supervisor

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily civil maintenance and construction activities.
- Ensure preventive, corrective, and routine civil maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
- Lead and mentor civil technicians and workers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor structural and civil system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, reports, and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support mobilization activities by preparing teams, resources, and schedules.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma in **Civil Engineering** or equivalent.
- Minimum of **5 years of relevant civil maintenance/construction experience**.
- Strong knowledge of civil systems, construction practices, and maintenance procedures.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in facilities management or large-scale projects within the GCC region.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices for civil works.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and supervise teams effectively under pressure.
