**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor site-specific HSE plans and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct daily site inspections, hazard identifications, and risk assessments.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site inductions for all personnel and subcontractors.
- Monitor work activities to ensure they are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with permits-to-work (PTW).
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, and other international safety standards.
- Maintain all HSE documentation, reports, and records in an organized manner.
- Liaise with site management, contractors, and workers to promote safe working practices.
- Participate in internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
- Monitor use of PPE and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct emergency drills and assist in developing emergency response plans.

**Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Must hold **NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)**.
- Additional certifications in **OSHA**, **IOSH**, and other relevant safety training.
- Strong knowledge of HSE legal requirements and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Familiarity with risk assessment tools, incident investigation methods, and HSE reporting systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and HSE-related software.
