**JOB OVERVIEW**:

- Under the guidance and supervision of the Chief Concierge and / or the Front Office Manager and within the limits of the established Hotel’s policies.
- His/her responsibilities are to provide efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual service and to practice up-selling techniques.
- To work with a team spirit and to ensure that each guest leaves the property fully satisfied and with the wish to return.

**REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:

- A background in **5-star Hospitality**
- **At least ONE full year hotel experience (after graduation)**
- Impeccably groomed and very well presented
- Confident and clear demand of the English vocabulary (read, write & speak)
- Confident using hotel & booking systems (computer / other electronics)
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Good understanding of multi-cultural environments
- Eager to learn - attend regular training sessions offered by the Company

**In essence: Additional to the above-mentioned requirements an Employee will at times be expected to perform tasks and duties outside of his/her scope of work as necessitated by work demand.
