Team Leadership and Coordination:

- Lead and manage a team of presales executives to ensure efficient and high-quality proposal preparation and submission.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities within the team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

RFQ and Proposal Management:

- Oversee the preparation of comprehensive and competitive Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and proposals based on client requirements.
- Ensure proposals are accurate, professional, and tailored to client needs, leveraging tools like Zoho CRM.
- Review and approve team outputs to maintain consistency and quality standards.

Proposal Tracker Oversight:

- Monitor and maintain the proposal tracker to ensure all activities are logged and status updates are current.
- Analyze data from the tracker to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Client Interaction and Support:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring timely follow-ups and professional communication.
- Address escalated client inquiries or concerns, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Provide regular updates to the internal team regarding client feedback and project statuses.

CRM and Reporting:

- Oversee the team's accurate logging of all interactions and updates in Zoho CRM.
- Generate detailed reports from Zoho for internal reviews and strategic planning.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and provide training to team members on best practices.

Cold Calling Supervision:

- Guide the team in conducting effective cold calls to potential clients, introducing services, and identifying opportunities.
- Review outcomes of cold calls and provide feedback to improve team performance.
- Ensure all leads and opportunities are documented and followed up in Zoho CRM.

Handling Client Legal Documents and Contracts:

- Review and manage client legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Prepare and update contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in alignment with client requirements.
- Maintain a secure and organized repository for all documentation, similar to document controller responsibilities.
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts and address any amendments or extensions as needed.
- Collaborate with the legal team to resolve any document-related issues and ensure compliance with regulations.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- presales or sales support role, with leadership preferred.: 4 years (preferred)
