**Concept Development**: Generate creative concepts for new products, considering functionality, aesthetics, user experience, and market trends.

**Research**:Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

**Sketching and Prototyping**:Create sketches, models, and prototypes to visualize and test product ideas. Use both hand-drawing techniques and digital tools like CAD software.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with engineers, marketing teams, and manufacturers to ensure that designs are feasible, cost-effective, and meet production requirements.

**Material Selection**: Choose appropriate materials that align with the product’s functionality, cost, and aesthetic goals.

**User Testing**:Conduct usability tests to gather feedback and make necessary design adjustments.

**Sustainability**:Incorporate sustainable design practices, considering the environmental impact of materials and manufacturing processes.

**Product Refinement**:Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and iterative testing, ensuring the final product meets all specifications.

**Presentation**: Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate design concepts and progress to clients or internal teams.

**Documentation**: Create detailed drawings and specifications to guide the manufacturing process.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.

**Design Software Proficiency**: Strong skills in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, or other relevant CAD tools.

**Creativity and Innovation**: Ability to think creatively and develop unique design solutions.

**Technical Knowledge**:Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles.

**Attention to Detail**:High level of attention to detail, especially in creating precise and functional designs.

**Problem-solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges and improve product functionality.

**Communication**: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills to convey ideas effectively.

**Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Experience**:
Previous experience in industrial or product design is often required, with a portfolio showcasing successful design projects.

Experience in user-centered design, ergonomics, or sustainability is a plus.

**Work Environment**:
Industrial Designers typically work in an office or design studio environment. They may also visit manufacturing sites or conduct user testing sessions as needed

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
