Doha, Qatar Steps Real Estate Full time

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related tenant documentation.
- Handle Kahramaa/water setup, rent collection, and follow up on unpaid dues.
- Maintain ERP data, property records, and monthly management reports.
- Ensure properties comply with health, safety, and legal requirements.
- Conduct site visits, oversee maintenance, and coordinate contractor services.
- Build strong tenant relationships, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support sales team with availability reports and coordinate property handovers/clearances.
- Supervise property personnel and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Property Manager in Qatar or the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of local property laws, government regulations, and utility services (Kahramaa, Baladiya, etc.).
- Proficiency in ERP/property management systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and decision-making capabilities with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in **English and Arabic**, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and customer service orientation.

Pay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month
