Duration : 1 year
Work Location : Dukhan
Joining Date : Immediately
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Typically requires 15+ years of experience in project management roles, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry.
- Previous experience in handing over large infrastructure projects related to Ashghal.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handover Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the handover process, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including authorities (PWA, Kahramaa, QCDD, Ooredoo etc.) to ensure alignment on handover requirements and expectations.
- Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation and review of all documentation related to the handover process, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, warranties, and compliance certificates.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all completed works meet quality standards and regulatory requirements before handover.
- Testing and Commissioning: Coordinate testing and commissioning activities to verify the functionality and performance of infrastructure systems and components.
- Training and Transition Support: Facilitate training sessions for operational staff to familiarize them with the infrastructure systems and procedures.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the successful handover of the project, such as delays, defects, or regulatory non-compliance.
- Budget and Resource Management: Monitor and control costs associated with the handover process, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor performance: of all handover activities against plan, ensure that any issues that could potentially impact successful handover are brought to the attention of the appropriate teams.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to provide updates on the handover progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Report: Prepare reports, presentation slides, escalate issues at senior level forums and seek direction.
