**Responsibilities**:

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in project management roles, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in handing over large infrastructure projects related to Ashghal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and documentation management
- Must have valid QID and NOC.
