We are looking for a skilled Chemical Engineer with expertise in foam production to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of memory foam using the Laader Berg machine, ensuring that all processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and optimize the production of memory foam, focusing on the precise formulation and processing of materials to achieve consistent product quality.
- Manage the operation of the Laader Berg machine, ensuring it is running efficiently and effectively to produce high-quality memory foam.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the production process to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all foam products meet the required specifications and standards.
- Ensure that all production processes comply with industry standards and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
- Identify and resolve any issues related to the production process, machinery, or product quality in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of production processes, quality control results, and any modifications made to the process or machinery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in foam production, with specific expertise in memory foam production.
- Technical certification in foam processing or related field.
- Knowledge in Flexible Polyurethane Foam using Laader Berg foaming machine.
- Knowledge in processing of Spring Mattress.
- Knowledge in Batch (Box) Foam Process.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly foam materials.
- Knowledge in Rebonded foam and Foam with fillers (Calcium Carbonate)
- Knowledge in Memory Foam Production.
- Computer literate with good knowledge and working experience in Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) and Computerized Color Tinting Machine.
- Proficiency in operating and optimizing Laader Berg machines or similar equipment used in foam production.
- Strong understanding of chemical processes involved in foam production, including formulation, curing, and material properties.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
