Work with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop appropriate ELV solutions (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom, networking, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, solution designs, and demonstrations for clients.
- Design system architecture, prepare BOQs, proposals, compliance statements, and technical submittals.
- Liaise with suppliers/vendors to obtain technical and commercial offers.
- Provide technical support during client meetings, tender preparation, and bidding process.
- Ensure proposed solutions comply with local regulations, industry standards, and client specifications.
- Conduct site surveys when necessary and prepare site survey reports.
- Support the project team during the handover from sales to execution.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for project execution requirements.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years’ experience** in pre-sales/design of ELV systems, especially CCTV & security systems.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV (IP/Analog), NVRs, DVRs, Access Control, Video Analytics, and Networking.
- Familiarity with brands such as Hikvision, Axis, Dahua, Milestone, Honeywell, etc.
- Experience in reading drawings, schematics, and preparing AutoCAD layouts (advantage).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local authority regulations and approvals (e.g., MOI/PSBD/QCD if in GCC).
