**General Role Description**:
**Main Duties**:
**1.** Develop a detailed architecture framework that outlines the integration patterns and components required to connect on-premises infrastructure with Multi-cloud

**3.** Design data integration strategies, including data replication strategies, data synchronization, and data movement between clouds and on-premises. Address data security and encryption requirements for data at rest and in motion.

**4.** Determine the architecture for multi-cloud Data Lake and Data Warehouse solutions, including data storage, processing, and analytics capabilities.

**5.** Ensure that the architecture complies with security best practices and industry standards. Define identity and access management (IAM) policies, encryption mechanisms, data access privileges, and compliance controls.

**6. **Develop a plan for monitoring, managing, and optimizing the multi-cloud environment, including logging, performance monitoring, and cost management.

**7.** Define disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for the multi-cloud environment to minimize downtime and data loss.

**8.** Provide comprehensive documentation of the multi-cloud architecture, including diagrams, procedures, and best practices.

**Skills**:
**1.** Proficiency in multiple cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform

**2.** Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, multi-cloud strategy, and hybrid cloud solutions.

**4.** Knowledge of additional cloud technologies such as GCP, VMware, API Management, and Identity Management

**5.** In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, including VPNs, subnets, and firewall configurations, to design and optimize cloud network architectures

**6.** Knowledge and implementation of enterprise-scale cloud security platforms and tools

**7.** Experience in establishing Multi-Cloud Infrastructure and integration

**8.** Expertise in cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance measures.

**9.** Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to streamline deployment and management processes.

**11.** Familiarity with monitoring tools and the ability to analyze performance metrics for optimization and cost management.

**12.** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**14.** Strong service attitude and a commitment to quality

**15.** Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineering, Computer Science or related areas. (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience: 10+ years working in the same role, with 5+ years’ experience as an architect who has led and participated in successful Multi-Cloud Implementation.
- Certification:
**1)** Certifications with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

**2)** Certification in Cloud security

**3) **Certification in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)

**4)**Networking (CCNA, CompTIA Network+)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
