**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and lead a team of upholstery workers, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.

Oversee the upholstering process to ensure that it adheres to company standards and quality specifications.

Manage the inventory of upholstery materials, including fabrics, padding, and other supplies, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.

Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely completion of upholstery projects and meet production targets.

Train new upholstery staff on proper techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.

Monitor the performance of upholstery machinery and equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs when necessary.

Implement and maintain safety protocols in the upholstery department to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.

Uphold a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring that upholstered furniture products meet quality benchmarks.

Conduct regular inspections of upholstered furniture pieces to identify any defects or imperfections and take appropriate corrective actions.

Continuously seek ways to improve upholstery processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste while maintaining product excellence.

Maintain accurate production records and provide regular reports to senior management on departmental performance.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the upholstery team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience as a Furniture Upholstery Foreman or a similar supervisory role in the upholstery industry.

In-depth knowledge of upholstery techniques, materials, and equipment.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of upholsterers.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in upholstered furniture production.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Solid understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to creating a safe work environment.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with other departments and communicate instructions clearly to the upholstery team.

High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or training in upholstery or related fields are a plus.

**Salary**: From QAR2,500.00 per month
