**Overview**: As a Commis Chef, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, supporting the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef in various kitchen operations. **Responsibilities**:
Food Preparation and Cooking:

- Assist in preparing ingredients and mise en place for dishes as per the direction of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Participate in cooking and assembling dishes under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.

Kitchen Operations:

- Support the Chef de Partie and other team members in various kitchen tasks during service.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow standard recipes and plating guidelines to uphold presentation standards.

Food Safety and Hygiene:

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Properly handle and store food items, following guidelines to prevent contamination and spoilage.
- Report any safety or maintenance issues to the Chef de Partie or relevant authority.

Learning and Development:

- Show eagerness to learn and grow as a culinary professional, taking guidance from senior kitchen staff.
- Seek opportunities to expand knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and culinary trends.
- Embrace constructive feedback to improve culinary skills and performance.

Team Collaboration:

- Work cooperatively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless teamwork and efficient operations.

Menu Support:
