**CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - DRAINAGE for ROADS PROJECTS**
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY_

Monitoring builds progress, overseeing finance, and ensuring **project** quality. Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to **project** managers to implement those decisions.
- **20 years of overall construction experience.**_
- **10 years of experience in planning and managing the construction of major international/regional roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects at a senior level**_
- **05 years as Appointed as a Director within the Contractor’s organization, or having been employed in a similar position and level of seniority in a comparable organization**_
- Summary of Job Responsibilities_
- Preferably a Chartered Civil Engineer, although this is not essential if a track record of delivering successful Roads projects can clearly, be demonstrated.
- The Construction Manager Drainage shall have undergone the H&S Training Course “IOSH Managing Safely” or any appropriate equivalent and possess the relevant certificate.
- The Construction Manager Drainage must have demonstrable experience in managing major Roads, Infrastructure, and Drainage projects at this level.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills shall be essential, plus a full understanding of Authority objectives for delivering the project, For the purposes of this Contract, the Contractor’s Project Director is deemed to have authority for authorization of all financial submissions and payments on behalf of his company and for allocation of staff to the project as necessary.
