**About the role**

The Senior Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales performance and expanding the market presence of Discover Qatar and Qatar Airways Holidays, on European, North America and Latin America markets. The role involves building strong partnerships with trade and corporate clients, identifying new revenue opportunities, and promoting products and services across these regions to support overall commercial growth.

**Specific responsibilities include**:

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in Europe, North America and Latin America.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and trade partners across these regions.
- Actively promote Discover Qatar and Qatar Airways Holidays products, packages, and services in European, North America and Latin America markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring market penetration and brand visibility.
- Conduct sales presentations, training, and workshops for trade partners in target markets.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to tailor campaigns and promotions for audiences.
- Represent the brands at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events within European, North America and Latin America regions.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis specific to target markets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated client issues.
- Follow for Qatar Airways Holidays and Discover Qatar Sales strategy to achieve sales target.
- Survey shifting market trends and propose recommendations and implement strategies to attain revenue targets. Suggest any Sales Process improvement to the Line Manager.
- Identify and evaluate new markets and sources of business that will bring additional revenue by active participation in the product promotion of Discover Qatar and Qatar Airways Holidays.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience, specifically B2B travel industry sales experience in the European Market.
- Experience in Travel/Airlines/Tourism industry with minimum 5 years in tours sales.
- Proven record of hitting sales targets with exceptional win rates.
- Experience in preparing RFP responses, sales pitches and presentations.
- Experience in managing marketing and promotional collaterals.
- Computer skills with excellent presentation and creative skills.
- Data analysis and ability to articulate to external customers.
- Good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Qatar/Middle East geography would be an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills. Good command of an additional European language would be a definite advantage.
