**Job Description** Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and record in-room dining orders via phone or digital platforms promptly and accurately.
- Provide guests with detailed menu information, including specials, ingredients, and preparation times.
- Confirm orders and relay them to the kitchen or relevant departments for preparation.
- Address guest questions or concerns regarding menu items, allergies, or dietary preferences.
- Coordinate with room service delivery staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Document and communicate any special requests or complaints to the management team.
- Assist with billing and payment processing when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries politely and efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
