**Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer - (3D & 2D Architects)**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Senior Civil Engineer** to lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. The role involves overseeing site activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing contractors, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, schedule, and oversee execution of civil construction activities for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
- Review and approve technical drawings, BOQs, and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Manage materials, labor, and subcontractor performance to achieve project milestones.
- Lead the resolution of construction-related technical issues and site challenges.
- Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and risk assessments for senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and local construction regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years of civil engineering experience in the construction industry, including site execution and project management.
- Proven experience in handling mid to large-scale construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure).
- Strong proficiency in construction management software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.

**Preferred Skills**
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with quality control/quality assurance procedures and ISO standards.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites or projects simultaneously.
