**Senior Automotive Service Advisor (Premium EV Brands)**
- EVS Qatar - Doha, Qatar_

**EVS Qatar**, part of the renowned EVS network, is a leading specialist in electric and premium vehicle services. With advanced facilities, certified technicians, and a passion for sustainable mobility, we deliver world-class maintenance, repair, and customization solutions for the region’s most discerning drivers.

We are now looking for a skilled **Senior Service Advisor** to join our Doha team and uphold our reputation for exceptional service and technical expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome customers and consult on their EV’s service and maintenance needs.
- Diagnose technical issues, explain repair options clearly, and prepare accurate estimates.
- Coordinate with certified EV technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service.
- Stay updated on the latest EV technologies and premium brand standards.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with warranty requirements and proper service documentation.

**Requirements**:

- 5-7+ years of experience as a Service Advisor, with at least 3 years in premium or EV brands (e.g., Tesla, Mercedes EQ, Audi e-tron, BMW i-series).
- Strong technical understanding of electric vehicles and luxury automotive service workflows.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid Qatari driving license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Familiarity with EVS or similar premium service standards is a plus.
