**About the role**

You will be assisting TS Controller and the team in fulfilling ITSRs / Standard IT Requests and resolving straight forward IT Incidents requiring swapping of End User IT Equipment. Assist in carrying out planned office moves outside office hours.
- Day to Day Support of User-end Devices to meet the business objectives of the business units.
- Create User Profile on Windows Operating Systems pro-actively to ensure Users are productive from day one.
- Install User end devices such as Desktops, Laptops, Printers, scanners with the security standards. Ensuring the company’s vital data is protected at all times.
- Install anti-virus products pro-actively to safeguard the company data from the possible virus threats.
- Provide first level trouble shooting for all user end devices and any cabling issues to make the IT system working.
- Follow the set processes to complete the IT Tasks required to complete the standard ITSRs.
- Co-ordinate with external vendors to get the open Incidents resolved requiring their intervention.
- Provide regular weekly and monthly reports on attended operational jobs for visibility of performance - Highlights of completed jobs, issues and risks.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Certification in Hardware Support.
- Experience in Configuration and Support of End User Equipment like PCs, Printers, Laptops, plotters etc.
- Able to analyse and support End User Equipment connectivity to the IT Network.
- ITIL Knowledge would be an added advantage
