We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Site Inspector - Mechanical to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining high-quality standards on construction sites.

- Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical systems and equipment on construction sites
- Verify that installations meet project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain accurate documentation of inspections
- Identify and report any deficiencies or non-conformances in mechanical installations
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
- Perform quality control checks on mechanical components and systems
- Monitor progress of mechanical installations and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on mechanical inspection activities
- Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical systems

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical site inspection or related field
- Certified Mechanical Inspector certification or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Strong understanding of construction industry standards and safety regulations
- Excellent technical report writing skills
- Experience with project management software and quality control procedures
- Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel to different project sites in Doha
