We are urgently looking for a skilled **Product Engineer / Quality Controller** to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our product development and quality assurance processes. This position is critical in ensuring that our products consistently meet the highest standards and fulfill our clients' expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Design & Development Oversight**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the product design and development processes, ensuring alignment with both technical specifications and quality requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct rigorous quality checks on materials, components, and final products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- **Supplier Collaboration**: Work closely with suppliers to address quality issues, ensuring materials and parts meet the necessary specifications and requirements.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement improvements in production techniques and quality standards to optimize efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance product performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in product engineering, quality control, or a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or product development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with both internal teams and external suppliers.

- Furniture industry: 2 years (required)
- Quality control: 2 years (required)
