The Role
Charterhouse is working with a multinational professional services organisation which is looking to hire a Proposal Manager to join their office in Doha, Qatar. This role has a regional coverage and will lead all proposal development activity across the Middle East, working closely alongside colleagues in international and regional offices. Our client has multiple business units and this role will work in a fast paced environment supporting various partners and senior leaders to produce high quality, timely proposals and RFP responses. This is a challenging and rewarding role, working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, as part of a high performing team which offers an excellent company culture and genuine opportunities for development. As Proposal Manager you will be responsible for managing the entire pitch and proposal process, collaborating with different department heads and stakeholders to provide advice and gain input to produce competitive business specific proposals. In addition this role will take ownership for ensuring all proposal material is stored securely, a proper system is in place for tracking proposal outcomes and document templates are in line with brand identity and standards. Our client is looking for someone who has strong pitch and proposal knowledge, a passion for producing clear, compelling and competitive content, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role you should have a relevant bachelor’s degree, minimum of 3 years Proposal Management experience with a proven track record of producing business winning proposals for a multinational organisation. Excellent organisation skills, project management, and attention to detail are required, in addition our client is looking for a team player, comfortable working in a collaborative environment who can be trusted with a high level of autonomy. Native level or fully fluent English is required both written and spoken due to the large amount of writing/proofreading involved.
