**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Planning & Strategy**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements.
- Identify material requirements based on project specifications and BOQs.
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and technical teams for procurement needs.
- **Vendor & Supplier Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors.
- Build and maintain relationships with local and international vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- **Material & Equipment Procurement**:

- Source and procure materials for **fit-out works** (e.g., joinery, MEP fixtures, finishes, furniture, lighting, etc.) and **general construction** items (e.g., concrete, steel, mechanical components).
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and project requirements.
- **Cost Control & Budgeting**:

- Maintain cost control measures by comparing vendor quotes and ensuring adherence to project budgets.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and track procurement costs.
- **Logistics & Delivery Coordination**:

- Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics teams for timely receipt of goods.
- Follow up with vendors on shipping, documentation, and customs clearance (if applicable).
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Maintain complete procurement documentation in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with local KSA laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **10 years** in **fit-out and construction procurement**, preferably within **contracting companies**.
- **Location**: Currently residing in **Saudi Arabia** and available for immediate joining or who willing to move in Saudi Arabia.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **fit-out materials**, **construction systems**, and **vendor landscape** in KSA/GCC.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), and procurement software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with **high-end interior fit-out** and **fast-track construction projects**.
- Knowledge of **local market pricing** and **import/export procedures** in Saudi Arabia.
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
