**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and integrate **RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)** pipelines using **vector databases**, **text vectorization**, and **embedding models**.
- Build and optimize **end-to-end machine learning pipelines** including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Implement **predictive analytics** and **ML models** focused on **financial services**, including risk modeling, forecasting, anomaly detection, and data-driven decision support.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical insights into actionable strategies.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency of deployed AI solutions within **Azure Cloud environments**.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, LLM-based frameworks, and MLOps best practices.
- Lead and mentor junior data scientists and AI engineers in solution development and architectural design.
