**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and grow rental revenue from national and strategic accounts
- Meet or exceed individual rental performance goals aligned with KPIs and sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand and anticipate customer needs and industry trends to provide tailored solutions
- Create and manage project plans for rental agreements and service delivery
- Prepare accurate rental quotations in line with commercial and pricing strategies
- Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless service execution
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, rental performance, and forecasts
- Contribute to the implementation of CRM systems and rental process optimization tools
- Support the marketing team in deploying campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Represent the company at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and business ethics
- Follow up on payments and outstanding accounts in coordination with the Credit Control department

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in power equipment rental, rental sales, or key account management
- In-depth knowledge of power generator systems and technical specifications
- Higher education degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of the Qatar market; exposure to GCC is an advantage
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus- Willing to travel as required within Qatar and potentially across the GCC
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a broader commercial team.
- Willing to work in Qatar.
