As the Events Executive you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing events for our clients. Your role will be integral in ensuring the success of events through your expertise in event planning and your ability to deliver an exceptional experience for attendees Our goal is to help our clients achieve their business objectives and produce sustainable success stories and performance improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute events for clients
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
- Develop event concepts and themes to align with client's objectives and brand image
- Create event timelines and budgets, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, such as catering, decoration, and AV companies
- Oversee event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and conference materials
- Manage post-event evaluation and feedback, to continuously improve on the quality of the service and the process.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in event planning and execution
- Solid understanding of event planning principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Well dressed and Presentable.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
