**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and with attention to detail
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service
- Handle guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations confidently
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Handle complaints or concerns politely and escalate when necessary

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous experience as a **Waiter/Waitress** in a **fine dining or high-end restaurant** is preferred
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**:

- Excellent **presentation** and **guest service attitude**:

- Ability to work under pressure in a **fast-paced environment**:

- Good knowledge of food and beverage service
- Fluent in **English**; knowledge of **Arabic or other languages** is a plus
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
