**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and sculpt models using clay based on specifications or references
- Prepare and cast molds using Plaster of Paris
- Handle fine detailing, surface finishing, and mold reinforcement
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
- Collaborate with the design or production team as needed
- Repair or recast damaged molds when required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in mold making with POP and clay
- Good sculpting and finishing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow design instructions
- Knowledge of mold release agents and drying techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- [Optional] Knowledge of silicone or fiberglass mold making is a plus
