HR Officer(Male)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR officer to support our operations and workforce management. This role requires excellent coordination skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools, and the ability to handle HR and administrative functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee master data, timesheets, and HR records for workforce.
- Coordinate onboarding, deployment, and site mobilization processes, ensuring all tools, equipment, and trainings.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, project sites, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare HR reports, analyze data.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, document handling, and office coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and assist with employee queries.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR and administration (experience with large workforce management preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
