**職位概述**

處理透過電話、傳真或郵件收到的所有預訂請求、更改和取消。識別客人的預訂需求並確定適當的房型。核實房型的空房情況和房費。向來訪者解釋擔保、優惠價格和取消政策。回應並記錄特別要求。回答關於酒店設施/服務和客房住宿的問題。

遵循銷售技巧並實現收入最大化。在預訂系統中輸入和查看資料。透過在預訂系統中輸入正確的代碼和費率，指定特價客房預訂類型（例如，免費客房、員工折扣、旅行社檢查費率和大批量預訂）。

在解決客人的問題時，遵循適當的升級程序。

遵守公司的所有政策和程序；確保制服和個人儀表整潔而專業；維護專有資訊的機密性；保護公司資產；保護客人和同事的隱私與安全。根據公司的標準，歡迎和答謝所有客人；預期並滿足客人的服務需求；為殘障人士提供協助；感謝客人的真誠讚賞。使用清晰、專業的語言與他人交談；以適當的禮儀接聽電話。與他人建立和保持積極的工作關係；支援團隊達成共同目標；傾聽並適當回應其他員工的問題。遵守品質保證預期和標準。在沒有他人協助的情況下，移動、舉起、攜帶、推動、拉動和放置重量不超過 10 磅的物體。履行主管要求的其他合理的工作職責。
