**Work Location - UCC Maldives**
- Prepare detailed architectural and **interior fit-out drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, joinery, and ceiling plans**.
- Translate design concepts and specifications into shop drawings suitable for construction.
- Coordinate closely with design consultants, MEP teams, subcontractors, and site engineers.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, updated, and reflect actual site conditions and design revisions.
- Verify compliance of drawings with local regulations, project specifications, and material standards.
- Review and redline drawings from junior draftsmen and external vendors for quality assurance.
- Assist in resolving technical issues related to design, materials, or detailing during construction.
- Maintain organized drawing registers and ensure proper documentation control.
- Support site execution teams by providing clarifications and updated drawings when required.
- Collaborate with procurement and project teams to ensure shop drawings align with approved materials and vendors.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of proven experience in architectural fit-out drafting, preferably in commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Expert-level proficiency in **AutoCAD**; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and other CAD software is a plus.
- Solid understanding of architectural finishes, joinery, materials, and construction details.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
