Develop and monitor a credit control system in collaboration with Projects, Work Boats, finance, and Executive Management.
- Establish procedures that promotes best practices while ensuring payment are received timely.
- Negotiate payment plans with clients, consultants, vendors and service providers and set terms and conditions accordingly.
- Maintain receivable records, conduct regular analysis of the credit-control system, and implement changes as needed to reduce bad debts.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary.
- Look for ways to improve debt collection processes. Overseeing all decision-making related to the accounting and financial functions for the company on a day-to-day basis.
- Administering Project costs and revenues analysis.
- Overseeing annual and special project budgeting process.
- Active engagement in accounting and bookkeeping activities for Employee Official Travels, Work Boats, and chartering
- Report any payment issues to management or the appropriate team.
- Responsible for other related issues as assigned by direct supervisors.

**Job Specification**
- Bachelors degree or Higher in the relevant field.
- Competent in Tally with minimum 5-6 years consolidated experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in payment collections and 2-3 years in bookkeeping.

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
