- Manage a team of social media executives, graphic designers, and content creators.
- Take ownership of the complex’s marketing strategies including development, management, implementation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts.
- Develop, conduct, and maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business

Your experience and skills include:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing or 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in a multi-property or complex position preferred
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Presentation skills required
- Water Park experience is a plus

Preferable GCC experience
