Sales Planning Manager

**JOB SCOPE**
**Sales Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and implement **sales plans, forecasts, and budgets** to achieve business objectives.
- Analyse market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in **B2B markets**.
- Set **sales targets** and performance benchmarks for the sales team
**Business Development & Market Expansion**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and distributors.
- Explore new **sales channels**, including online platforms, retail stores, and project-based sales.
- Drive **lead generation, client acquisition, and contract negotiations**.
- Develop pricing strategies based on cost analysis and market demand.
**Product & Industry Knowledge**
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative sales techniques.
- Collaborate with **procurement and production teams** to ensure stock availability and timely delivery.
- Understand technical specifications and quality standards for **wood furniture, stainless steel products, and building materials**.
**Sales Operations & Performance Management**
- Oversee the **sales pipeline, CRM data, and sales performance reports**.
- Implement sales **incentive programs** to drive motivation and results.
- Manage **inventory planning** to balance supply and demand efficiently.
- Train and mentor, the sales team to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge
**Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination**
- Work closely with **marketing teams** to develop campaigns that boost sales.
- Coordinate with **logistics and supply chain teams** to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
**Key Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
✔ **Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration**, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ **5+ years of experience** in sales planning, preferably in **wood furniture, stainless steel, or building materials** industries.
✔ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding **sales targets**.
✔ Experience in both **B2B (wholesale, corporate sales)**
**Skills & Competencies**
✔ Strong **analytical and strategic planning** skills.
✔ Excellent **negotiation, communication, and presentation** abilities.
✔ Ability to analyze **sales data, market trends, and pricing strategies**.
✔ Proficiency in **CRM software (Salesforce, SAP, or similar)**.
✔ Leadership skills with experience in **managing and training sales teams**.
