**Senior Technical and Engineering Manager**

**Location: Tajikistan**
Project Type: Housing Construction

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all technical and engineering aspects of the housing construction project.
- **Oversee architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination to ensure seamless integration and execution.**:

- Review and validate design documents, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards.
- Lead technical meetings and resolve design and site-related issues promptly.
- Provide leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Support procurement and contract teams in evaluating technical aspects of bids and materials.
- Ensure implementation of value engineering and cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)** from a recognized university.
- Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Minimum **12-15 years** of experience in large-scale housing or residential construction projects.
- Proven experience in **MEP coordination** and integration with architectural and structural systems.
- Experience working in international or remote project locations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and international construction standards.
