**Key Responsibilities**
- **Productivity Management**: Monitor daily team tasks (carpenters, painters) to ensure maximum efficiency.
- **Time Management**: Create and maintain schedules to prevent delays and optimize workflow.
- **Delivery Predictions**: Track order progress and provide clients with accurate delivery timelines.
- **Cost Calculations**: Calculate costs for each order, considering labor, materials, and overheads, ensuring profitability.
- **Process Optimization**: Implement systems to streamline operations and improve team productivity.
- **Software Utilization**: Use tools like Excel, Trello, and potentially ERP systems (e.g., ERPNext) to manage data and processes.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between clients, the team, and management, providing regular updates on order statuses.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular productivity and financial reports for management review.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in operational management, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Trello, or similar).
- Knowledge of accounting or costing principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month

- Al-Wukayr: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
