**Main Duties**

Your key responsibilities will include:

- To maintain all mise en place at a sufficient level to ensure an uninterrupted flow of food during the service period whilst controlling the quality, consistency, appearance and taste
- To mentor the sushi team, providing training, guidance, and support to maintain Zuma standards
- To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
- Evaluate guest experiences, implement service improvements, and strive for consistency in delivering exceptional hospitality
- Work alongside the Head Sushi Chef to craft and refine sushi creations, incorporating seasonal ingredients and unique culinary concepts

**What We Look For**
- A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine
- Proven experience as Sushi Sous Chef or higher in a luxury high-volume restaurant
- A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team
