**Responsibilities**:
- Handle commercial documentation, contracts, and records.
- Prepare quotations, PRs, GRNs, invoices, and cost sheets.
- Support tender documentation and subcontractor coordination.
- Maintain data in CAFM/ERP systems and prepare reports.
- Track expenses, budget updates, and approvals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce.
- 2-4 years commercial/admin experience (FM/Construction preferred).
- Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of CAFM/ERP is an advantage.
