We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our growing team.

A background or working knowledge in **website development and content management** will be considered a strong advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and manage social media content calendars to drive engagement and increase brand visibility.
- Create, analyze, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to ensure efficiency and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search performance.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives and brand identity.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of company websites and landing pages.
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and web technologies.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of **3 years of proven experience** in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager).
- Experience with **WordPress, Wix, or other website management platforms** is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms) is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
