Monthly Salary**:From QAR 6,500** (Full Package; All In)

**Overview**: As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the restaurant team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. With your leadership and teamwork, you will help create a positive and welcoming environment for both guests and employees.

**Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership and Development:

- Assist in training, and supervising restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and support personnel.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to promote staff growth and development.
- Step in to resolve team conflicts or issues and maintain a harmonious work environment.

Customer Service Excellence:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a friendly and attentive demeanor to guests and encouraging the same from the team.

Operations Support:

- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistent standards.
- Uphold health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.

Financial Management:

- Work with the Restaurant Manager to monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Assist in implementing cost-control measures to optimize efficiency while maintaining quality.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts as directed by the management team.

Inventory and Supply Management:

- Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.

Assisting with Marketing and Promotion:

- Support marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract and retain customers.
- Offer ideas and feedback on marketing strategies to improve business performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant management role or a supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service, guest interactions, and staff management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work during peak business hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
