**1. JOB PURPOSE**

Responsible for overall work progress and technical performance on projects including: transportation master plan studies, functional planning studies, traffic impact studies, parking studies, traffic data collection and analysis, traffic calming studies, safety assessments and transportation peer reviews.

**2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE**

Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical)

**Experience**:
Five (5) years as Officer traffic particularly on projects including plant operation Road works, Highway & Bridges Construction

Training:
Training & Experience within specialized field is required.

Knowledge:

- Good understanding of Safety, Health & Environmental Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory and professional competencies
- Ability to prepare the project risk assessments and JHAs
- Ability to communicate effectively both

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: QAR10,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
