The role primary responsibility is to market the company internally and externally by researching, planning, and preparing a detailed marketing plan and marketing strategy that can fulfill company requirements and objectives. It also includes doing market, competitor, and trends market research to guide the company sales team and the service offering.
- Create the content for the social media platforms publicized by the company and manage the posts updates and respond to inquiries
- Come up with branding creative ideas for advertising, campaigns, and promotional materials.

Accompany sales force in some meetings to understand clients' perspectives and mindsets to prepare proper marketing strategies.
- Fulfilment of other related duties assigned by the management.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Experience as a social media specialist or similar position
- Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including GMB, Instagram, Tik Tok LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
- Understanding of social media web traffic metrics.
