**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create High-Quality Motion Graphics & Animations**: Design and develop engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and objectives.
- **Concept Development & Storyboarding**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
- **Design & Animate Visual Assets**: Create and animate graphics, typography, illustrations, and other visual assets to enhance video content and marketing materials.
- **Video Editing & Enhancement**: Edit and refine video footage, integrating animations, transitions, and effects to create polished, professional-quality content.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Research and implement the latest design techniques, animation trends, and software advancements to keep the brand’s visual content innovative and competitive.
- **Project Management & Deadline Adherence**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Work closely with designers, videographers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and visually compelling content.
- **Quality Control & Brand Consistency**: Ensure all motion graphics and animations adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Motion Graphics & Animation**: Strong proficiency in creating 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
- **Software Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of **Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator** for animation, video editing, and graphic design.
- **3D Animation (preferred)**: Experience with **Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D animation software** is a plus.
- **Typography & Composition**: Strong understanding of design principles, including **typography, layout, and color theory** for engaging visuals.
- **Video Editing & Enhancement**: Ability to edit and enhance video footage by integrating motion graphics, animations, and effects.
- **Rendering & Optimization**: Experience in optimizing animation and video assets for different platforms and formats (social media, broadcast, web, etc.).
- Portfolio is a must.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field** (or equivalent work experience).
- Knowledge of video editing workflows and tools.
- Familiarity with social media trends and video content formats.
- Experience with sound design and audio editing..

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
