**Job Brief**:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented waiter to join our team. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking their orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and assist customers in selecting food and beverages.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of orders before serving them.
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items.
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Prepare and set up tables, ensuring they are clean and properly arranged.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a waiter or server in a restaurant or similar establishment.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
