**We're Hiring: Technical Engineer - Interior Fit-Out (Special Finishes)**
**Location**: Doha
**Employment Type**:Initial duration**:4 to 6 months**, with potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Are you a detail-driven Technical Engineer with experience in high-end interior fit-out in special finishes works? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering sophisticated and bespoke interior projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and interpret architectural and ID drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare technical submittals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out works, including special finishes.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical support to project managers and site supervisors.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Assist in material take-offs and technical evaluation of proposed solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in interior fit-out, with a focus on technical detailing and special finishes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading complex drawings and material specifications.
- Knowledge of special finishes such as decorative plaster, custom wall/floor finishes, bespoke joinery, metal works, and other luxury detailing is highly preferred.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
