**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar systems, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
- Perform routine inspections and diagnostics of solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical systems.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients on system performance and issues.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct system testing and evaluate the effectiveness of solar systems after installation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during installation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and effective project completion.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate best practices into operations.

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**:

- A certificate or degree in electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Solar Technician or in a similar role, with proven experience in the installation and maintenance of solar systems.
- GCC experience preferred.
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting solar systems and components.
- Knowledge of solar panel systems, inverters, and electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must hold a valid QID and NOC for employment in Qatar.
