**Job Summary**:
The Waitress/Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking and serving food and beverage orders, handling customer payments, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service & Order Taking**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and assist them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing requests or concerns.

**Cashiering & Payment Handling**:

- Handle billing processes through the POS system accurately.
- Process cash, card, and electronic payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
- Record transactions and prepare sales summaries as required.

**Operational & Housekeeping Duties**:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas, tables, and cashier counter.
- Ensure proper table setup and assist in resetting tables for the next guests.
- Refill condiments, napkins, and other service items as necessary.
- Support in take-away and delivery orders as needed.
- Follow all company health, hygiene, and safety policies.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a waitress and/or cashier in a restaurant or café is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and computer skills for handling POS transactions.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Presentable appearance and positive work attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Up to QAR1.00 per month
