**Digital Marketing Specialist and Corporate Sales Manager**

**About Us**:
Society, a premier wellness and fitness company in Qatar, in partnership with UFC Gym, one of the largest fitness and wellness brands in the region, is urgently seeking a **Digital Marketing Specialist and Corporate Sales Manager**. This role is critical in driving innovative marketing strategies and expanding corporate sales to establish a leading presence in Qatar's wellness industry.

**Role Objective**:
Reporting to the Head of Operations and CEO, the **Digital Marketing Specialist and Corporate Sales Manager** will manage the digital marketing and corporate sales departments. The role involves defining and executing digital marketing campaigns, achieving corporate sales targets, and establishing partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Management**
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and generate insights for improvement.
- Oversee website content management, SEO, and SEM efforts to drive online traffic.
- Create engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, and blogs) for various platforms.
- Track emerging digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.

**Strategic Sales Management**
- Set strategies, KPIs, and targets for the corporate sales department in collaboration with leadership.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve corporate lead generation and conversion goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, ensuring retention and renewal.

**Event Coordination**
- Organize and oversee corporate events such as workshops, wellness days, seminars, and activations.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to promote events and programs online.

**Program Management**
- Manage and renew corporate wellness programs, ensuring alignment with client needs.

**Collaboration and Support**
- Work with departments including Marketing, Fitness, Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and Facility Management to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Support cross-departmental initiatives to meet organizational goals.

**Education and Experience**:

- Recognized diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2-4 years in a management role.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), and analytics.
- Experience in hospitality, fitness, or membership sales is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the GCC/Qatar market is preferred.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license is required.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
