Review/produce/assist in production of Quality Control Procedures.
- Assist / review of Purchase specifications, Data Sheet and all relevant technical details before release of Purchase Order.
- Guide and direct Foreman and workforce to effectively execute the works.
- Provide day-to-day updates to the Project Manager & QA/QC Manager / Engineer regarding all related activities of the Project.
- Coordination with Site Engineer & QA/QC to issue inspection notice to the customer during various stages of execution of the works.
- Coordinate inspection activities with Field Construction Personnel and Client Representatives, ensure that contractually specified quality and regulatory /certification requirements are achieved.
- 3.1.8 Co-ordinate between other various disciplines for continuous and smooth flow of activities throughout the entire duration of the Project.
- 3.1.9 Liaise with QA/QC Engineer in the preparation of Quality Records.
- 3.1.10 Reporting any non-conformity to the QA/QC Manager / Engineer & Project Manager.
- Liaise with project personnel in identifying root cause for taking appropriate correction and corrective actions And Ensure timely & effective implementation of correction and corrective actions for non-conformances identified during execution of the Project.
- Liaise with sub contractors for achieving the requirements of contracts.
- Liaise and coordinate with third party inspection / certification agency.
- Ensure and maintain all quality records and compile into completion manuals.
- Ensure and maintain records of all Test/Measuring instruments including these of sub-contractors and ensure that inspection and test equipment is kept in a known state of calibration.
- Monitor all work areas to ensure that the work is of the highest standard
