**Main Duties of Senior Process Safety Engineer**
- Provide expertise for the development of AI Management system (AIMS) documentation. This includes developing procedures for SECE (Safety and Environmental Critical Element) management and producing deliverables for technical training program for SECE.
- Act as Subject Material Expert (SME) for all aspects related to SECE
- Review SAP SECE master asset register. Provide advice and technical assistance to the Guardians (barriers owners in the fields of process safety, SECE goals)
- Participate in verification activities by witnessing the execution of assurance activities by responsible parties
- Produce recommendations for the definition of Client Verification scheme on the basis of the most critical hazardous event identified through Technological Risk Assessment or other risk assessment carried out in Client.
- Participate, analyse and review outcomes of Technological Risk Assessment with the aim to define/update Client list of Safety and Environmental Critical Elements.
- Collaborate with teams to discover and implement long-term process improvement efforts.
- Contribute to risk analysis and coach other members of AI team on the use of risk analysis techniques
- Provide Process Safety support for the development of Client Healthy status digital tool (definition of rule set to make possible the assessment of healthy status at sub-system or system level),

**Minimum Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), the Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), and Associate Safety Professional (ASP)
- Minimum 15 years of process safety engineering experience supporting Operations and/or Projects, such as process safety engineer in project design, execution, engineering and/or technical service roles
- Have solid understanding of process safety elements, practical knowledge leading hazard assessments and exposure to industry API Codes and Standards
- Familiar with Management of Change (MOC), Risk Management, and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) risk assessments
- Fluent in managing and evaluating the applicability of technical safety/risk studies in projects. It is also essential that they understand process hazards, failure mechanisms, and safeguards
- Collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Communication skills of effective verbal and written communication skills. It is necessary for influencing, engaging, and facilitating workgroups, as well as in managing interfaces with engineering CONTRACTORs, construction, operations, and other
- Technical writing skills

Ability to commute/relocate:
